Channel Lining
Rapidly line channels, ditches and canals to reduce erosion and seepage losses
Concrete Canvas® (CC) products are a rapidly installed concrete alternative. Channels lined with CC products prevent weed growth, silt generation and erosion, reducing maintenance requirements and costs. CC products are typically 5 times as abrasion resistant as standard OPC concrete, have excellent chemical resistance, good weathering performance and will not degrade in UV.
Available in a range of formats including Bulk, Wide and Batched (hand-portable rolls), CC products can be installed for applications with limited access and come ready to use – no mixing, measuring or compacting required. BBA certified CC products have a durability in excess of 120 years when used in erosion control applications.

User Benefits
Rapid Installation
CC can be laid at up to 200m²/hour, 10 times faster than traditional concrete.
Easy To Use
Requires less plant, fewer personnel and no on-site mixing or measuring — Just Add Water™.
Lower Project Costs
Faster installation and reduced logistics can make CC more cost-effective than conventional methods.
Lower Carbon
Uses up to 95% less material than concrete, cutting carbon and reducing transport needs.
FAQs
It is a flexible, concrete filled geotextile that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable and waterproof concrete layer. Essentially, it can be described as Concrete on a Roll™ and is used for a wide variety of applications including the rapid lining of drainage channels, providing slope protection, weed suppression, culvert repair and general concrete remediation.
