Eurobent’s second (final) appeal has been dismissed.

Eurobent Sp.zo.o are the manufacturer of Tiltex™ (a cement/sand filled GCL product marketed as a GCCM); the company submitted a second appeal to a preliminary injunction granted by a Polish court to refrain from infringement of Concrete Canvas Technology Ltd.’s patent in June 2018.
